Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.3064), citizens can address public authority and local self-government bodies, officials, enterprises, institutions, organizations irregardless of the form of ownership and receive a response by means of electronic mail.
The Bill extends the possibilities of realization of citizens´ right for appeal, which complies with the Convention on Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Liberties, and the practice of the European Human Rights Court.
Adoption of the Bill will save time and material resources of the above-mentioned bodies and citizens, discharge public officials from the routine work appertaining to the paper registration of response to the appeals.
